Would have given 5 stars for product but only 3 for customer service - reported delay to customer service who were somewhat indifferent and advised I called back to check progress as Next Day from FedEx was actually 3 Day! Not JB's fault I know but who's the customer here? Apologetic email received in due course; I would buy again but seek an alternative retailer.
