I received the money box and vase, but there was no stopper in the money box, I emailed and the 1st response I received was they were very sorry for any inconvenience and could sed one to me at a cost of 5.95, I was appalled, I sent a reply, I then received a replacement which I am very happy with.

This arrived promptly in nice packaging. Sadly the mirror inside was marked and I had to send it back for a replacement. Very disappointingly the second compact had a ‘scratch’ on the picture of the ballerina. I therefore felt this product was substandard and requested my money back
