Excellent well made product and nicely detailed. I have the Wedgwood Snowman and wanted to compliment the collection. The detail on the boy is really clear and good. Would recommend to any Snowman fan!!

Delivery
All orders to mainland UK are on a 2-3 day delivery service, standard UK mainland delivery is £5.95 per order. Free UK shipping applies to orders over £25.
Please note FedEx do not deliver to Cuba or the Turkish Republic Of Northern Cyprus. We are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK
The majority of our parcels go out with FedEx. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. For orders outside of mainland UK please allow an extra working day for the parcel to arrive.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but your parcel should arrive between 9am - 6pm.
For UK Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight we can provide a cheaper service using Royal Mail - please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please note though that we cannot send all orders via Royal Mail as there is a weight and size restriction. Please be aware that any goods sent by Royal Mail are not insured against damages or loss. If your items do arrive damaged, or go missing, Dartington Crystal cannot be held responsible, and will not supply any free of charge replacements.

Every parcel sent out from us should include a 'Returns Form'.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 30 days of purchase.
Please fill in the form with as much detail as you can. This allows us to process any returns as quickly as possible.
Please ensure all returns are sent back in their original box and condition.
Never send back broken items.
