We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. For replacement of damaged items please see - Returns and Replacements
Please ensure you complete the form below with the items you are returning and enclose your packing note in with your parcel to ensure it is eaisly identified once received into our warehouse. If you do not have your packing note please provide a letter with your full name, order number, email address, phone number and items you would like to return. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return.

You are welcome to send via the Post Office, or other courier of your choice. Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select.
Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel only when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
