The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Caithness Glass web site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are pounds sterling and include UK VAT.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card.
Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your order.
For your protection, all credit card transactions are routed through our
secure payments provider.
The purchaser is liable for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.
All orders will be despatched from the UK using fast and cost effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Many of our items are hand made in small batches and occasionally there may be a delay before we can ship your order. If this is the case we will notify you.
We charge a set amount for your delivery, however many items you order. This includes postage, packing and insurance.

If any product arrives damaged or imperfect we'll replace it without question. If you decide you don't want the product when you get it, please return it to us within 14 days (in saleable condition) and we will refund your money.
Unless there was an error on our part in despatching your order, or the goods were faulty, your refund will be exclusive of delivery charges. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, reasonable postage costs incurred in the return, as well as the original delivery charges will be refunded on proof of the cost of return carriage.
