I love these beautiful mugs, design is really pretty. Good and comfortable to hold and great half pint capacity for a great cuppa! I’m not sure why the mugs have individual tins? Cost could be reduced if no tin included, but having said that they are so beautiful and very useful too, or can be used to fill with biscuits and give to someone as a present!

Tried to cancel order when I received confirmation that my order had been received (but not shipped) and got a reply that representative would contact me. They did not. Shipment was sent, refused and returned unopened, I was charged and three weeks later have heard nothing. Waiting for refund. Love their products, very disappointed in customer service.
